Lewis Kent grew up in Mississauga, Ontario where he found his passion for running. Lewis completed a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Western University. While studying, Lewis competed with both the university’s cross country and track and field team.
In 2015, Lewis had the beer mile world record with a time of 4 minutes and 47 seconds. Since then, Lewis has appeared on media buzz, with ESPN, TMZ, BroBible, the Ellen Show and other major media news platforms.
